Re: Re-enrolment for Year 2011

Beginning from today, we are now open for re-enrolment for year 2011. For new enrolment, we will start from 1^st October 2010. We need you to confirm your child’s enrolment for year 2011 by completing the blue form attached. Kindly submit the re-enrolment form with RM 1,000.00 as the initial payment to the class teacher latest by Friday, 15^th October 2010. The remaining balance should be paid by Thursday, 18^th November 2010.
