Re: Mid-Term Break and Age 3 & 4 Outing Day

1. Mid-Term Break

Please  be  informed  that  school  activities  will  be  as  usual  on  5  and  6  August  2013  (Monday and  Tuesday).

School  will  be  closed  for  the  mid-term  break  from  7  to  18  August  and  resume  on  19  August 2013,  Monday.

2. Age 3 & 4 Outing Day

We  are  organizing  an  exclusive  education  tour  for  our  Age  3  and  Age  4  children  to  Farm  In The  City,  Seri  Kembangan.  This  is  an  opportunity  for  the  children  to  explore  and  have  a        fun-learning  experience  with  their  teachers  and  friends.

Farm  In  The  City  is  a  uniquely  designed  interactive  park  where  visitors  can  see,  touch,  feel  and  interact  with  the  animals  and  plants.  It  is  a  perfect  place  for  children  to  experience  the typical  Malaysian  Kampung  life  in  a  fun  and  educational  way.

We  would  like  to  seek  the  assistance  of  the  Age  3  and  Age  4  parents  to  jointly  participate  in assisting   the  respective  class  teachers  in  this  outing.  Kindly  note  the  following  details:

    Date: 26 August 2013, Monday

Time: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (approximately)

Venue: Farm In The City, Seri Kembangan.

Payment: RM 60 (per child) – payment should be in CASH  TERM  ONLY.

RM 60 (per parent) – payment should be in CASH   TERM  ONLY

                   Inclusive of:-

transportation fees, entrance fees, animal feeding, Class Photo with Farm In The City Attendance Certificate and lunch.

Kindly  complete  and  return  the  attached  consent  form  together  with   the  payment  (CASH ONLY) to  the  respective  class  teachers  latest  by  20  August,  Tuesday.  No  participation  will  be  allowed without  a  signed  consent  form.

Sports Day

Re: Sports Day
1. Changed of Venue
Please be informed that Tadika Juara Cerdik Sports Day will no longer be held at Kelana Jaya Stadium this 25 July 2013 in view of the unpredictable weather of haze and rain.
The venue has been changed to an indoor badminton arena at Lee Chong Wei Sports Arena @ Sentosa.

Address : Jalan Seri Sentosa 2A, Taman Seri Sentosa, 58000 Kuala Lumpur.

2. Sports Day’s Rehearsal
Date: 18 July 2013, Thursday.
Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Venue: Lee Chong Wei Sports Arena @ Sentosa.
Attendance: Compulsory

Kindly send your child to Lee Chong Wei Sports Arena @ Sentosa at the above stated date. All pickup and drop-off will be at the same venue. (18 July 2013, Thursday)
Do remember to bring your child’s security card for pickup and drop-off while at the Sports Arena.

No parents are allowed to be in the court area while the rehearsal is in progress.

Please Note:
All afternoon session children are required to come in the morning for the full dress rehearsal.

3. Volunteers
We are looking for 15 energetic daddies or mummies to assist us with the upcoming Sports Day event. Kindly call up and give your name to Jessica by 15 July 2013, Monday on a first come first serve basis. Volunteered parents who signed up with Jessica are required to be at the Sports Arena on both rehearsal and actual day.
