2016 Re-enrollment

Dear Parents,

1. 2016 Re-enrollment for TJC existing students
   
    Date: 21/July ~ 29/July, 2015

Kindly fill in the attached blue re-enrollment form, and submit together with the full payment to the class teacher latest by 29 July 2015 (Wednesday).

A copy of 2016 fees structure for the returning students will be furnished for your attention.

2. 2016 New Enrollment

Please be informed that there will be two tiers for new enrollment. The first tier of the new enrollment is opened to the existing TJC younger siblings, and the second tier of the new enrollment will be opened to the community (e.g. friends, neighbours, cousins, etc.).

Kindly take note of the new enrollment dates stated below.

      TJC siblings only:      21/July ~ 29/July, 2015
   New TJC enrollment:   3/Aug ~ 14/Aug, 2015

As priority will be given to the younger siblings of our existing students, parents who are interested are required to fill in the pink enrollment form, and submit together with full payment and the documents required. Things required to be submitted (compulsory):
* One (1) copy of your child's passport-sized photograph
* One (1) photocopy of your child's birth certificate

We would deeply appreciate if the re-enrollment and/or new enrollment can be confirmed within the specific time period, so that we can determine the number of new intake for next year.

Payment should be made payable to Community Excel Services (PBB: 3145 942 303) by cheque, cash deposit or via internet banking.
