Hand Foot Mouth (HFM) and Stomach Viral

Dear parents,

1. HFM
We would like to inform all parents that there is a confirmed case of HFM in one of the Year 5 classes. That child had developed a little rash on his palm and sole. The doctor confirmed that he had a mild HFM as he did not develop any fever or ulcer.

2. Stomach Viral
We also suspect there is stomach viral going around.

In the event, your child develops any of the above symptoms relating to this viral infection, we would appreciate if you could keep your child at home until he/she is fully recovered.

Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
