1. Class Photograph
Please be informed that your child's class photograph and the 6 year-old graduand's portrait are available for purchase. Kindly submit the payment to the class teacher and the payment should be in CASH ONLY.

Class Photograph (Age 3, 4 & 5): RM 6
Graduand's Package (Age 6 only): RM 35

2. Photograph Reprint
Parents who wish to purchase extra class photograph or the 6 year-old graduand's portrait may do so by filling in the order form below.

Kindly tick and select the appropriate column and submit the payment to the class teacher by 14 October 2011, Friday. Payment should be in CASH ONLY.
