Announcement : Age 5 & 6 Outing, Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) and Public Holiday

Dear parents,

 

Re: Age 5 & 6 Outing and Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD)

 

1. Age 5 & 6 Outing

Date:                  28 April 2014, Monday

          Venue:                Aquaria KLCC

 

All Age 5 and Age 6 children who are participating in the upcoming school outing are required to be in the school by 8:00 a.m. Activities will be carried out as usual before we depart to KLCC at 9:30 a.m.

 

Children are to come in their PE attire, proper shoes and a sling water bottle. No school bags and homework pouch are needed on that day. Children who are not participating in the outing are NOT required to come on the outing day.

 

Parents who are participating in this outing are to drop your child at the school as usual. Parents may have your breakfast and be back to Dream Centre, Concourse 2 (Dream Café seating area) by 9:15a.m. Parents who participate in the outing may park your car at the car park between Block C and Block D.

 

For your kind information, there will be NO AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME on the outing day.

 

Do take note and inform the relevant parties involved that we will arrive back to school approximately 3:00 p.m.

 

2.  Age 3 & 4

Lesson for Age 3 & 4 will not be affected. Classes will operate as normal.

 

3.   Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD)

We would like to inform all parents that there is a confirm case of HFMD in one of our Age 5  classes. The child is now being home quarantine. We continue to seek for your kind understanding and cooperation in this area and kindly keep your child away from school if they are not well.

 

4.   Labour Day Holiday

      Date: 1 May 2014, Thursday

      School will resume as usual on 2 May 2014, Friday.
